PEACOCK LINDER HALT & MACK LLP is looking to add counsel who share its values, with a strong academic background and 1-3 years of civil litigation experience, to its busy practice.  PEACOCK LINDER HALT & MACK LLP offers a collegial work environment in which associates collaborate with senior counsel on major files and develop practical, hands-on, litigation experience.

Successful candidates must have:

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience drafting pleadings, application materials, and other court documents
  • experience with running court applications, both independently and under the guidance of senior lawyers
  • the ability to work independently on client files appropriate to their year of call and level of experience,
  • the ability to work as part of a team under the direction of more senior lawyers on diverse and complex litigation matters
